I'm going to start writing about my current experiences about sportsbooks in the interest of sharing information and because I believe in rewarding books that handle matters in a professional manner and punishing books that are either incompetent or lacking.
I'm doing it because I enjoy it and I've received alot of gifts from this site and the very valuable information I've received here.
I gave up the business for awhile and when I came back I was fearful of constantly having to defend myself to everyone out there who believed I always had an agenda so every post I put out there had some hidden benefit for myself and myself only.
I'm putting this post out here so all may know that I plan on posting specific info about sportsbooks good and bad (these days I find a whole lot more good than bad). I'm doing this so that maybe I can repay some of the good people who post here at Bettorsworld, the only true sports gambling information site on the internet (and the only one I post on). I do this in the hope that I may help them navigate the scary jungle out there in the sportsbook neverworld the way others helped over the last 19 months.
These days most of you will probably already know of or have heard of the sportsbooks I'm talking about, but I'm going to elaborate specifically about what I do or do not like about them, and their strong points and weaknesses. I encourage others to join in whether you agree or disgree or want to add some differing information or confirmation.
I have no agenda here at all other than what I've stated and I will not discuss and rehash past issues AT ALL when my detractors inevitably pop up to rag on me for what they perceive as past sins.
To those who know what I'm all about and have been supportive and wish me well, thank you, and yes, I really did buy a tiny neighborhood-type bikini sports bar in Southern California and will be taking possession and working in it in 30-45 days. My sports stuff is now and will be then a hobby, not a profession, albeit a fun one that I enjoy immensely.
First post coming up about Game Day in another thread shortly. Thanks.
