PC,
Thanks. But I think I'd rather concentrate on mathematics for the time being.
As far as different tennis propositions go. What do you think about this one?
I used to offer such a prop after each round of Grand Slams:
Will a player X win more then 1.5 matches (from this point on) Yes/No?
I used to post odds for several seeded players.
It may seem strange, but customers loved it.

Well, you may not like it, but the truth is, if you guys want to thank somebody, it should be me,
or us.
The simple fact is, PC,
if you are only going to sell rubber and soda, then I won't blame you, because you are a 7-11 and you are just doing what you are supposed to do.
Of course, you can do better, like listening to your customer and try to sell them what they want while you can still figure out how to make a profit.
Then, the best is if you can sell something to your customer of your own while also convincing them "thats what they really wanted".
Maybe my expectation is a bit high on you, but shouldn't you at least be something in between?
At least I don't deblieve Spiro will hire you to run a grocery store, right?
Anyway, its a good start though.
Alec, I would like to answer your questions in more details, give me an email adress and I will get back to you later.
Btw, on a side note, Shawn, to answer your question earlier (although I believe Boris had given you the answer already),
soccer totals have very little market in the far east (if not zero), very few offers (mainly on live TV games) plus not something that most bettors are familiar with. Don't see it will be changed in the near future.
Finally, PC/Spiro, what's the schedule to have soccer parlay online and when will you lower you vig on those totals/handicapes?
Be honest with you, if guys like 5dimes can have 30 cents lines on Premiere totals/half balls while you can't have a fair and better line for the big 4,
its a joke.
Think it again, please.

AYCE,
You're starting to border on getting a little annoying with how you are dictating products and prices that we should be offering our customers.
What exactly is "a joke"? I had not just the Premiership last week at 30-cent totals but 6 other European leagues as well. And I put up the handicaps for the very reason that they offer much lower vigs than the regular 3-way lines. Pay a little attention before you start barking out orders next time.

Well, I mostly scalp using domestic books here in England, and there's quite a few of them. The best way is to have a Switch card (English debit card), which you can use with all British sportsbooks (Sportingbet, Stan James, Hills, Bluesq, Surrey, etc.). Funds can go back and forth efficiently and there are no fees on these cards, unlike your standard credit cards.
This let's you bet with over a dozen sportsbooks, with all your money waiting in your bank account. You don't have to send deposits to all these books and wait. You simply deposit funds when you want to place a bet, and you take out the funds as soon as the bets are graded.

PC,
just when you about to lose your tempa, please stay a while and listen.
First of all, if you don't know what 5dimes is, ask Spiro.
Quite frankly, I don't have anything against 5dimes, about a year ago when they started their "campain" at here, I have some pretty high expectation on them. Although it turned out 60% to 70% of their promises are just marketing gimmicks, I still have an account with them.
The truth is, if you will follow their lines for a while, you will easily understand "how and when" will they set their lines and on "what" events.
So, when Olympic had decided to open their market of "world sports", there is no reason at all that they need to have a higher degree of "protection" than a book like 5dimes.
You have more resources, a bigger customer base, some more experienced BMs, and you can't come up with something more FAIR than them?
It really doesn't make much sense to me.
Quite frankly, there are books out there have 20 cents or better soccer totals for a very long time already. There are also many shops out there having better than 30 cents half ball these days.
I am not asking you to be the leader and give us some kind of "break through".
I am just asking for a FAIR game in terms of the industry standard.
Of course, if you just want to sell rubber and soda, like I said earlier, thats fine.
If not, shouldn't you at least giving us some light about your future planning on that?
I appologize if you did have something for several leagues totals at 30 cents the last weekend, maybe thats a good start and I hope you won't going backward the next week.
Keep it up.
But let me repeat myself one more time and clearly, I want to see,
a) 30 cents or better totals on (England, Spain, Italy, Germany)
b) 30 cents for -150 or less, 35 to 40 from 150 to -200, handicape lines for the above 4 leagues.
If you can't get it done the next week, when you will have it in the near future?
Fair enough?
Also, not put your soccer lines as part of your parlay and grand choice also doesn't make sense at all, for cry out loud, it will,
a) save me more time for view the lines in one page and much easier to place several bets at once.
b) you don't want your bettors to parlay those high vig 3-way lines while a lots of Euros still requiring treble min?
Think it again.

Ray,
It seems that the industry standard on totals is a 30-40c line on totals.
Canbet does offer a 20c line on English Premier League totals, but that is an exception......
so having them on lots of leagues is a cool thing.
Now, if as you say the (generally not very good at all seeing their bookies survive on 10c lines) Asian punters aren't interested in totals, and elsewhere it is just starting to grow, not unreasonable at all.
Interestingly, the other American bookmaker with 20c totals or pretty much on totals, Megasports, has gone to 1.88 either way, which may suggest something.
