  • Rave to Carib Sports

Here's another sportsbook that deserves some raves - Carib Sports in Antigua. I remember getting a personally signed Christmas card and a nice leather hat from these guys about three years ago, and thought that was a nice gesture (and no, they hadn't beaten me to compensate).

But we never hear about them much in the forum, because there is hardly ever a complaint. They post numbers early, even overnights. Their web site is easy to navigate, quick to use. You can bet multiple limit wagers, and the site will give you a highlighted notice but allow you to proceed. Their numbers move on money, and often present unique value.

Their odds are posted on the "other" odds screen, still undergoing testing. If I had to make a suggestion for their improvement, I'd have them join the IslandXpress service.

They provide electronic requests through their website for transfer of funds to other Antigua books, making this process very easy. And I just noticed that they now offer two free (no-fee) credit card deposits per week.

    Long live Carib!

Do you know why you don't hear much from them
because they are so stingy about bonuses. Yeah, they are a good book alright but they pay Fedex twice a week (Mondays and Tuesdays) and three times a week on W. Union.
Nowadays, because of the competition, if you could pay your customers "eight" times a week, do it.

Carib went to a 20-cent line in baseball last season. Does that deserve raves? By the way, have they re-located in Belize? And if so, why?

I thought everyone had forgotten about baseball except me But yes, you're right, that's another area that can be improved. They still deserve a little praise.

That's the first I've heard about a move to Belize. Can anyone elaborate on that?

Buckeye, sure, the site is www.instantodds.com

The last time I tried to use it, Carib's baseball totals were still not being udpated correctly. "9o" might mean 9o15, 9o35, or whatever.

Oh yeah, don't forget the "Lay 102" football special one night of the week (Tuesdays, I think). This may make up for the 20 cent baseball lines
