For all you guys who like big bonuses- Casablanca is offering 20 percent on new sign ups or if you reactivate your account before September 1st. They also have frequent player points which can be used for free parlays although you cant use them for pagers, Direct TV, etc like in the past. Casablanca is a very solid out, and I think they have also renovated their internet system which was terrible in the past.

I thought they would be a good out from looking at their numbers on the IslandXpress line service, so I gave them a try. But after winning for a few weeks, they started giving me the old "make up a number shuffle". This is where they put you on hold, transfer you to a second clerk, look at the DonBest screen, and quote you a new number from there.
This made them pretty useless to me. If I wanted a number somewhere else on the screen I could call that book directly.
If they would ever change their policy and honor the lines on the screen, I might consider playing with them.

Super thanks for this tip!!! I was about ready to go there. This type of thing is something that really wastes your time. If you think about it wouldn't it be cheaper for them to be on the ball with their lines than wait until somebody calls and then do their job?

I appreciate the plug and I hope that you do take advantage of the Total Rewards Program. The program and our internet system were re-invented over the past few months to solve the speed issues we dealt with last year.

I apologize for any inconvenience you may have had in the past. Policies that were in place when you may have had your problems have been dealt with accordingly. I respect talented players and I do have them call in to the front desk. If a player who has been marked as talented (either because of consistent wins or wager amount) calls in to the regular wagering group I ask that they be transferred to the front desk so that a supervisor can handle their call in the correct manner.
We have recently moved into a new facility with a phone system that solves issues like transferring of calls. I agree with you 100% that to be transferred on a call is inconvenient and unprofessional. It is no longer the policy here at Casablanca.
I also do honor the lines that are posted on Island Express. We had problems at the beginning of baseball with the computer system forcing us to come down off the screen until it was resolved. The problem has been corrected and the line you see is the line you will get.
I encourage all players who have had problems in the past to give us another shot. The "Total Rewards Program" is retroactive so all past players have accumulated points that are ready to be used. We also are still dealing a 10 cent line and do give 10% bonus on all re-ups.
I also make myself available at any time. I love talking to players and will answer all e-mails and resolve all problems that any player runs into. If you had problems in the past send me an e-mail and I will personally take care of the situation so it does not happen again.
Our internet system has a New Look and the tests we have been running on the speed have been very positive.
We have a current newsletter posted on the site under "SUPPORT" that explains this in detail.
The 20% bonus is good for re-ups from now until September 1st. I hope you take advantage of it.
