Re cricket scalps.....

95% of cricket bets are placed after the game commences, so you have be able to read the play a little to get scalps. But they can be very big at times.....

Eddie I can honestly say that I have no idea what you're talking about with "his product". If you're referring to my comments on Intertops, I have also given my highest recommendation for WSEX and Bowman's in the past and most recently United Bet. Plus in the articles I have written I have been very favorable about a few books I knew little about except what people told me.

In that regard, I have heard very little negative about Premiereleague and I have relayed such. There have been several occassions where someone e-mailed me and asked what I know about xyz book and I respond truthfully - without mentioning Intertops. In fact back in May someone said he was thinking about signing up with Premiereleague or SOS and wanted my opinion. Here was my response (I still have a copy of the e-mail if you want to see it).

BTW, I'll have an article up by Friday about an exciting new casino although it hasn't even been launched yet and I have no association with them. Just because I like a book doesn't mean I'm "selling my product".

AV, by "pommie bet exchanges" do you mean betfair? I have been monitoring their wager volume and liquidity periodically since they opened in June and its been pretty thin.

Do you think that it will catch on eventually? Central trading markets can take a long time before taking off. The Chicago Board Options exchange did piddly volume in its first few years, but today it ranks up with the NYSE in importance.

I must say I have been away for a few days so this response may be getting to you a bit late. My review of BWorld posters intended to add a bit of humor to posting room. In case you missed it please re-read the last paragraph, ESPECIALLY THE LAST SENTENCE (OLD MAN style) .

Everyone else has taken in this post with with it's exact intention.
