Old Man, new players are stuck with a 20-cent line. Old players get grandfathered in on the 10-cent line, just like WWTS.
I'm kind of pissed regarding Grande. Last year I tried to post-up with them during the 2nd-half of baseball, and they told me that they weren't interested in any new post-up business until football. So, I never played with them. And because of that, I can't get a 10-cent line with them this season. And becasue I can't get the 10-cent line, I don't play with them.
Don't feel too bad about Grande. You are fortunate to get the 10-cent line from WWTS. I've been a long time customer of both Grande and WWTS. However the later was adament in telling me that I was to be dealt a 20-cent line. That is not fair because I also love Asian women. In spite of that I still consider WWTS a great sportsbook and keep money posted there for other sports.
Isn't Grande from the Dominican? That is enough by itself to scare me off regardless of what line they deal. As far as women go I like them all except for 18-21 year olds. Somehow, after my own daughter turned 18 they no longer look interesting. Maybe, I can get therapy for this malady because as I grow older it is really going to reduce the number of beautiful women to admire.
grande is a very sharp "old school" book that has a lot of "talent" playing into their lines .... not afraid to take a bet and they don't jerk you off with the screen ... they are one of the top 4 books on the screen, much like another quiet book out there del mar ....... just an example, grande takes up to 10 dimes on golf matchups (and pay!!) ...... need i say more

Bucky, Grande is super-solid, just like Del Mar. Skip of Grande, like Larry of Del Mar, has an absolutely outstanding reputation. I wouldn't be the least bit concerned about my money at Grande. But unless I can get a 10-cent line, I won't have any money at Grande, anyway.
Shawnee, why didn't WWTS grandfather you in on the 10-cent line?
I had read that WWTS was going to grandfather everybody in on the 10-cent line.
However, it wasn't the case with me. I assumed it was because they categorized me as a "so-called wise guy." Anyway they didn't really give me a reason. On the other hand when they came up with the term wise-guy they used Reno as a model so go figure.
Like I said before WWTS is still one of my favorite books and believe it or not I still find baseball plays there even with the 20-cent line.
I saw Grande's ad in the baseball schedule. I wanted to check out thir web site but it always says "you are not authorized". Is this the right web address? www.grandesports.com
Shawnee, I'd be interested in hearing the outcome of your conversation with Roger, if you don't mind. I've always thought of WWTS as a book that is straight and fair with everyone, not one that picks and chooses who gets what odds.
Old Man, if you want to e-mail me at platoon51@hotmail.com, i will be happy to answer your trivia question, but i don't like to talk about this information in a public forum. Thanks and good luck
I now have a 10-cent line to bet into at WWTS. Many thanks to Roger for clearing up the misunderstanding.
Also thanks to Reno for bringing the topic to my attention. As a special favor to you Reno I will ask our mutual friend **** the Pick to take it easy on you the next time you guys play tennis together.
Shawnee, I can't wait to play the Pick later this summer. I've only played tennis once since I moved to Vegas in March, but when I play regularly I'm a 4.5 on the tennis scale, a half-notch higher than the last time I played the Pick. In fact, I make the match--you guessed it--Pick-'em.
