I bet action points at Victor Chandler last year. Apparently, though, I was the only person on the planet who did, because pretty much every operator I ever spoke to had no clue what action points were or that they even offered it. I invariably got transferred to a supervisor, and they always handled it perfectly smoothly.

As far as limits, that varied quite a bit when the uninformed operators just guessed. But I gather from the supervisors that it's supposed to be unlimited points on sides and unders, and half the total on overs (i.e., if the total is 40 and you're taking the over, you can play a maximum of 20 action points).
