For Czech hockey I have no direct evidence but you can pretty much make up your mind from the following: all 3 betting shops dropped their limits on both Czech and Slovak hockey drastically (about 80-90%) a year or 2 ago and made them minimum trebles (they take solos on almost everything else) The average player can't make much more than a few hundred dollars a month (tickets to the games are less than a dollar) so the incentive is certainly there.
Here is something interesting: the shops also made minimum trebles for any tennis match involving a Czech player! (I don't think the limits were dropped though)
