Credit cards charged as a purchase?

Are their any sports books on loine or or just phone accounts that accept credit cards and charge you for a purchase and not a cash advance.

It depends on who issued your credit card. I've had one card charge it as cash advance and another come out as a purchase from the same book in the same week. I was told it was dependent on the bank. There are some books that treat all as a a cash advance regardless of the credit card.
