    Samantha - There is no PENDING BETS option on your online software. No way to tell if your wagers were taken or not. Is it just me again or everyone is experiencing this?

    Last time I had online difficulties, I was told that I was the only one calling about it. If that's the case then it's time for a change I guess.

    At the top of my screen when I am logged in is:
    Home
    New Bets
    Current Bets- which would be pending ones
    Past Bets
    Account info
    Deposit

    so it must be you?!?!

    by the way, I think there should be a withdrawl option, but what the hell, I guess they aren't planning on having customers withdraw

      If anyone is having difficulties with the software, please give us a call at 877-600-9116 and we would be happy to help diagnose the problem!!

      As for a withdrawal option......no one ever beats us anyway, so why would we need one of those? Just kidding....we don't have an automatic withdrawal processing system at this time, so all withdrawal requests must be phoned in or sent via E-mail.

      We have a "live operator" option coming in the next couple of days so everyone can access our site and talk directly with a customer service representative if they have any questions or problems.
