Again, reading comprehension my friend. That seems to be our hang-up here. I never said that Scotty said anything unflattering about you. In a post addressed to you, he simply clarified that he took all action, all of the time(meant to be a foil to your 42 posts that referred to him as a 'collegial reference') . This contrasts with your belief that you should pick and choose who gets certain numbers, and even kick out scaven....ummm... professional scalpers. Don't put words in my mouth.

As far as your challenge goes, what can I say?

I neither know nor care whether you ran a profitable book for 2 yrs. I'm sure that you did, OK? I never said anything to the contrary. I can't believe I am even talking about this goofy 'challenge' nonsense with a (purportedly) grown man.

I have learned over the years that the biggest blowhar...ummm... yappers usually need lots of attention and lots of acclaim. Unfortunately, I am contributing to the former. So I really need to stop. I can't really help with the latter, but I really hope that you find it, man. I really do.

Maybe your much publicized dinner with Ronbets will fill some of that void. Get to Vegas quick, REALITY, get the recoginition that you so desperately require. I truly believe that you have more than enough posts to garner his respect.

Hi all, it's me again, it's been a long while since I posted or visited BW. I had found that posting here was getting so unproductive I had decided to make a quick and low profile retirment. I had a little spare time and like Reality said somewhere, you can check out but you can never leave, so i decided to check in again, see how things are doing. Same S*H*I*T different day. I posted just to say 1 thing and I really don't care for any responses here cause I say what I think and I think what I say. I know reality personally and if he says the sky is green you better start making some changes cause the sky is green. I assure any of you that he can back up ANYTHING he says here. I know some of you might think it is bragging but if you sit with him and talk with him face to face, you know he is not bragging, it is hard to make some letters on a computer have emotions. He is a really nice guy and that is why all who knows him will defend him, he even payed for my lunch once out of the blues. I haven't read all the posts and have no clue on what has been happening here and what new pissing matches have happened but if reality is in them and I don't need to know, I back him up, that is how sure I am he is right. Now I am no big shot player nor BM nor will I say on what side of the table I am cause that has nothing to do here but some might say that strenght is in numbers and it seems Reality has A LOT of numbers backing him up.

Regarding some challenge he placed on the table that nobody took, I didn't read the challenge nor I know what is it about I only read the posts about it here. Somebody said it was a childish challenge, well all I can say is that $10,000 is not childish in any way trust me with this. I see Realities point on this it's like saying I can throw a ball farther than reality and then reality comes up and says I'll give $100 bucks if you do and if you don't you give me $100 and I say NO, that is so childish, I won't prove it but trust me I do. It's like taking a lie detector test, if you have nothing to fear then why not take it, anything else will make you look guilty right? Whatever the challenge is, why doesn't the challengers take it and prove once in for all who deserves the chair and teh crown of Bettorsworld. Let's just see who is the king, who takes EXCALIBUR from the rock and get back to the important things with our king as a guide. If not, I guess Reality is right and noone can prove him wrong.

I think I said more than I wanted to, I guess The Phantom will go back to the shadows and observe, just remember, I am always watching, lol.

Great, He comes in here at Bettorsworld and CLAIMS he knows what's happening and if you disagree with him he starts BLASTING HOW GREAT HE IS and HOW YOU CAN'T BE SHARPER THAN HIM. Yes we all should honor him with a 21 gun salute and beg him to come back.

I disagree with YOU. He didn't say anything NEW. The things he said any good CLERK would have known. He was like many Posters here who have to start pointing fingers and making up stories about things he doesn't know anything about when HE got CHALLENGED.

It would be nice if posters could keep to the SUBJECT, but we know that's not possible because there are too many people like Reality that won't let us.

Doggie, I ave already expressed my opinion in 'Execution Carried Out'. And truth be told, I would much rather bet in an office that books your style than one that deals me tweener lines. But I believe you have delivered a blow somewhere near where Reno spent the night in the 'Caliente' thread to REALITY in his exit. Admittedly, I've only visited these boards for a few months, so I may have missed some of the battles. But there was a thread on another site where you were also calling REALITY a glorified clerk. If my recollection is correct, by threads end, you were painted into a corner waving the white flag and saying "you kill me, man!" Now that he has departed you are again puffing out your chest and stating he couldn't win any challenge with you about any part of this business. Seems a bit like you're past-posting him to me.

He never backed me into a corner. If your talking about when he started talking about the office I WORKED for and I didn't like it and stopped. Then your right. I did not like, and do not like it, When Posters think they know something about somebody and use THAT NOT TO DEBATE ANYTHING but to PUT DOWN that person.

These posters, and he's not the only one that does it, will never let anyone know who and where they work, But if they know about you they won't wait 1 MINUTE to use it against you.

He made comments that were not close to being correct and I was helpless against him because he PUKED out NONSENSE? You can't defend yourself against that.

Also I think I have much more experience than him or most people for that matter. I also would NEVER ask anyone I knew to post here and PRETEND I was this sport betting guru. WHO CARES? Were all sports betting guru's anyway aren't we? What in the world made HIM any more special? I like to think I'm sharper than almost anybody, what's wrong with that? If you could bet on that sort of thing I WOULD DO IT IN A MINUTE.

His challenge was a smoke screen that nobody took seriously. It wasn't REAL.

IMO, like him or not, Reality unlike certain
posters in this forum put his money where
his mouth was. If his challange was a
smoke screen, how come the individuals
involved didn't take him up on it.......
and as he stated, send him home with his
tail between his legs? That in itself
spoke volumes. I think he's a stand up
guy, whose only fault in this forum was
not having thicker skin, and letting
the BS get to him. Just my opinion.

Doggie, Well, you have proven one statement you made that you did back up. You did not take my post as an attack(which it wasn't), and you responded in a courteous, non-retaliatory manner. Sportsbank, as Kosar clearly pointed out, the $10,000 challenge issued by Reality was a complete joke because it was based on subjective nonsense.

The funniest thing to me was Reality's disdain for scalpers. First, he himself was a big-time scalper in the "good old days."
But then he found sportsbetting religion when he migrated to the other side of the counter. Apparently, once on the other side, he experienced a life-tranforming epiphany and realized that scalpers were parasitical scavengers that stole numbers from everyday players.

Well, I've got news, all that a bookmaker does is to scalp players with the juice. If a scalper on the betting end is a parasitical scalper, then the BM on the other side is a big-time parasitical scalper. In the sportsbetting food chain, the BM is the big fish who eats the little fish, the scalper. The scalper, in turn, eats the squares, whom I liken to algae (or carageenan). I enjoy eating carageenan, as long as it's not in my ice cream. In fact, my final advice to Reality is this: your time could better be spent keeping carageenan out of ice cream than keeping scalpers out sportsbetting.

Reality offered to verify what he
accomplished with the testimony of
the owner and a certified audit.
I don't see anything subjective
about that. Kosar brought up Scotty,
Reality said bring Scotty to verify
his claim. He'll bring the man Scotty
inherited his job from. Scotty's boss
is a good friend of Reality's. What more
proof would someone need? This is one of
the biggest off-shores that everyone
knows.

Your entitled to your opinion. My remains

Tell me what kind of challenge could he have been talking about? Seriously? Anybody can make up some *&%&^$&^% something challenge and claim nobody can win it?????? What?

If your not talking about picking games, I don't of any real challenge of WHO'S BETTER? WHO'S SHARPER? Do you or anybody know of any?

If there was a way to have the same exact books, All with 2000 customers 100 wiseguys and see who could make the most money. Hey, I would take that challenge against anybody NOT just Reality. I am THAT confident and people that know me would back up the CONFIDENCE PART. Nobody has to back me up about how good I am.......That's the fun part THE CHALLENGE.

I think there are lot of Sharp People in the Sports Betting world. Really Sharp! I think you have to have an ATTITUDE to really good at anything. Just remember that alot of other people think the SAME WAY. Nobody, INCLUDING ME should think they are that much smarter than anybody else.
