I've been trying out a lot of online books. ALthough my tried and true favorites are Carib and Olympic, I've been extremely impressed with SportsInteraction. Their web site is now much faster, but the key with them is service. I've sent several emails and always get a response within 10 minutes. I asked them to raise my online check limit and they promptly did that. I've been paid via FedEx (free of charge) in two days. Give these people a shot. They are setting themselves apart from many books with so-so or inferior customer service.

I have to agree with you walleyek. I don't understand why these guys get so much bashing, unless it is people's skepticism over the fact that their lines are sometimes over inflated. They are the best, in customer service, I have ever dealt with. They don't make it a "pain in the ass" to call them when you have a problem, and they actually seem to care about resolving the problem to the customer's satisfaction. I detest having to call MOST books, but these guys make it easy. WWTS is also very good for customer service, but they offer nothing besides plain vanilla odds, lines, etc.

SIA was one of the first Books I opened with 3 years ago and they are still one of my favorites. The latest change to their software and website design has only made them that much better, as it's much quicker and easier to navigate, and now among the best in the biz with WSEX and Olympic. The only negatives I've seen about them in the recent past, are that they are not a high roller joint, but there are plenty of other books who cater to that type of player.

They are a nice book, but there limits are a little low. I talked them into raising mine and then went on a little winning streak and they promptly put them back down where they were. Still a good shop for small to midlevel players. I am glad to see that the move to N. America is working, I personally thought big brother would F with them.

No UDog7. The only thing they share is Irish Ownership, but not the same people. They used to have the same software but both have switched. In EasyBets case, I preferred their old software, but Not in SIA's case. SIA's new software is Great. EasyBet's is buggy and slow when it does work, at least on WEBTV.

So......How is a book that will enevitably(should you demonstrate you are a good capper) give you the boot a good book?
Oh well ----if their customer service and nice web-site gives you a warm fuzzy glow I guess thats fine too. Just hope you don't get lucky and go on a winning streak.

I will always have SIA in my arsonel. The limits sometimes get in the way but not too often for me. I have beaten them well and have not received any sign of getting the hook. I pulled down 4 dimes last month. Are you sure you didn't get charged for your Fed Ex payment? I always request my withdrawls on the net regular mail and recieve within a week or so at no charge because of the fee involved with Fed Ex. This last payment, I did use Fed EX and I'm sure i got charged, but may be mistaken. I should be able to check it on their site.
