They transfer money to paypal that is backed by Goldman Sachs www.paypal.com it takes about 1 hr to get from sportsbook to paypal account. Neteller can issue a check via fedex or reg mail. But if credit card used to fund neteller card it is a credit back the amount of deposit. It is faster because transations are done in US.
