    Quickflutter.com Site Testing
    Freemon and Company Consulting

    Introduction

The purpose of the closed user-group trial is to provide feedback on the Quickflutter.com web site and to verify the accuracy of the betting and accounting software.

The key areas to focus on, and provide comment, are:
    · General look and feel – do you like the look of the site, the choice of graphics, is it easy to read?
    · Navigation - do you find the site easy to use, is the navigation intuitive, how can it be improved?
    · Site content – is the information accurate, is there sufficient explanation, are there omissions, typos, etc.
    · Display – have you experienced any problems with the display of the site?
    · Do you have any suggestions of how the site can be improved?

Any problems experienced should be clearly documented in the attached spreadsheet.

    Rules

You will need to register an account, using a dummy credit card number, and deposit an initial amount of £500 (this is a “notional” balance – no cash transaction will take place). You get to keep any amount in excess of £500 on your account at the end of the testing period. If you deposit “funds” in excess of £500 you will be disqualified from keeping the excess account balance.

You are required to place a minimum of 50 bets on the site. These bets will be recorded in your online account, and you can access the bet details at any time. You will be required to check the accuracy of these bet details. Any inaccuracies or discrepancies should be documented in the attached spreadsheet.

You are also required to attempt to “break” the system. For example, by placing bets after a price has changed, after the off, or after the book has closed.

    Testing Period

The initial test period will commence on Tuesday 25 July 2000, and last for one week, after which feedback and comments should be e-mailed to [email protected] for analysis.

If during the testing period you require assistance of have any questions, you can contact us by e-mail via the Quickflutter.com web site.

    Site Access
The web site is located at the following URL: http://vegas.quickflutter.com

Once you have done this, click on the “Register” button on the menu bar to set up your account and choose your own username and password. You will need both sets of usernames and passwords to access the site.

    Registration

    Feedback

Your test findings should be recorded on the attached spreadsheet. After the test period, please mail this to [email protected] . Please provide your contact details so that we may contact you should we require.
