I notice a lot of new sportsbooks on the DB service (Wit,Coastal,Instant action) some of which have only been in business for a month or so. The question I have is are these books financially stable enough for me (the general public) to enter in to? If I seen them advertise on most other websites I probably would not even pay them any notice but being they are on the DB service I take it they have had some previous experience and solid backing ala Dunes. Thanks in advance !

MTK,
What are your reasons for telling others to be careful of WIT Sports? We urge you to check out our website @ www.witsportsbook.com and compare our odds to anyone else's. DBS would not ruin their reputation by putting up a fly-by-night operation. ALL books were new at one time or another, so please do not judge our book by its cover. Feel free to call us anytime @ 1-800-262-7857.
Sincerely,
WIT Sports

The people behind WIT have been around the biz for several years. Matter of fact, I met one of them in Antigua 2 years ago. They have solid backing and good intentions, not to mention solid references.
The only reason they aren't currently on board with us, is lack of space! We have been in touch with them, and would welcome them aboard when a slot opens up.

I have a related but somewhat different question for Dana:
The books on the premium feed as I understand it have been checked out to a reasonable degree by Don Best. Meaning that Don Best basically vouches for the solidity of the books on the premium feed.
What about for the IslandXpress feed? Since the books pay a fee to have their lines shown here, is this all it takes? What degree of scrutiny or "due diligence" is put into books prior to their IX listing, as comapared to being listed on the premium feed?
Thanks

Sportshobby-Yes you are correct found out from the owner/manager of a trusted sportsbook. He told me he has known them for 15 years (on shore) They are located in Costa Rica.
Max- Ohh sure the bonus was a nice incentive but the reason I called them was because I track the lines on db and they seem to be off a little on some totals. I don't look for bonuses because 1/2 my books I bet on credit. I don't remember mocking you for the dunes but if I did I was wrong they just paid someone 100 dimes a few weeks ago.

A friend of mine vouched for me( he is a credit player) and now since the shops that I have credit with know I am honorable I have since vouched for a friend of mine and now he too is a credit player. This sometimes works against you like I lost 30k in 6 weeks to one place and if I had sent them 30k up front i would of received a nice size bonus but it all works out in the end..
You wouldn't believe how much betting is done on credit offshore.
