A - they're out of date
B - they don't know that a dividend of 1.70 doesn't equate to +170

I understand why you are calling them "no juice" teasers and I'm trying to point out that it's misleading to call it that unless you are offering the other side of the bet (that the teaser will not hit). Juice to me means commission, not a bet that is offered at odds of +100 or higher.

What if I had 2 dice and offered a bet that I will throw a 7 at +100? Could I claim that I am offering a "no juice" bet even though the odds I'm offering are terrible?

(BTW, I'm not suggesting your odds are terrible, just trying to make my point with an extreme example)
