  • Real IF Bets.....

I just got a nice sports cap from Heritage yesterday and it got me thinking. Before Heritage originally closed down, they were one of the best and biggest books out there. What initially attracted them to me was their liberal "If" bets. Unlike the majority of sportsbooks, at Heritage, you can place an "IF" wager off a game on a separate phone call. Further more, you can wager your stake plus your potential winnings. This type of wagering is especially attractive during football season with all the different games and overlapping time zones, first half bets, first quarter, props, etc. As football season is about to begin are there any other books besides Heritage, Pinnacle, Horizon, and Royal that offer this type of wagering?

At Olympic you can do it both online or over the phone (Online your second wager must have a risk amount equal to or greater than your first one)

I have played with Olympic for many years and was unaware of this. I know they do regular "If" bets on the same call or on-line bet, but does Olympic in fact allow you to call in and place your "If" bet on a separate call? Thanks for the info.

Wait! Sorry, I did not understand (or did not read closely) your original post. If you mean, however, that you can call again to change an original bet to an IF bet I don't see why you couldn't do that. We would just cancel the original bet and enter the new IF-bet.

The old owner of Heritage now owns Pinnacle, the guy that runs heritage now is a castoff from pinnacle, because we all know the owner of pinnacle is G.M...good luck

Carib offers "ifs" this way online, but only for the amount you have staked. This makes sense to me in baseball, at least, where games can go "no action" after they've started.

              movingmoney,
I'm impressed, that is not common knowledge. Do you know the other partners? Heritage was reopened by an original partner. They are not a castoff. One partner went to Pinnacle, one partner went back to Heritage, all the good employees went with Horizon.
