Looks like a good move to me :-
Problems fixed - you can bet whatever you like, not their predetermined amounts.
So if you want to put 1 dollar, 12.50, or 127.43 on a golf player, football team, or whatever, you can. This is very good.
Especially if you like to do the 1 dollar multiple, or know nothing about golf and want to bet a dollar or whatever, for that reason, or for creating your own half goal handicaps, or whatever other reason you might not want to bet a 'preset' amount (like delving into Kelly criterion calculations). No difference really from a programming point of view from doing a list or text box, and the text box will load the page quicker, rather than all the information that has to be contained in a preset list box.
Also fixed is the problem that you had to look at 2 pages to see the odds and pointspreads on a sport. Now all on the one page, much better. Also a top of page game index as well.
More soccer leagues added back again now that they have finished doing the upgrade thing, and the markets are only 108%+ which is very nice.
You can now choose yank or decimal odds formats.
This odds change upgrade removes the 'rounding' issues, either for or against the bookmaker.
However, for the smaller punter, betting 10 dollars on your standard 10/11 type American bet pays back 91 cents, not 10/11, so a slight bonus there, like SportsInteraction.
All in all, pretty good news for the punter.
