Grading problem

Yesterday on the overnight at Island Casino I placed a bet on Atlanta at -147 with listed pitchers Glavine and Dempster. Today I checked the account and the bet was graded as no action. When I inquired as to why it was no action I was told that, despite the fact two pitchers were listed correctly, they were supposed to start in Game 2 of the doubleheader and actually they started in Game 1 so therefore the game was graded correctly as no action.
Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?
