What % is a point worth on an NBA Total. I know on a side it is around 3.8%. If anybody has the data, looking to find out what percentage you would hit if you add or subtract 4 points from the actual line and also 6 points from the actual line. Trying to determine what would constitute adequate value on a total.

Slam Dunk, according to my last study it is worth 2.3%. However, if we start getting really explicit in this forum, some BMs will wise-up and finally learn what they should have already learned in BM 101: how much every number is worth in every sport and the appropriate way to move betting lines based on this information. -

Thanks for the input. By the way Reno, the new bookmaking 101 was the class given by the Devil the other day. Find your 10 biggest winners and boot them. Then find the next 10........ Come on, you don't want them to actually have to earn their profits.
