Rio International and Millennium?

Both of these books have excellent promotions for joining.
Are they legitimate?
How are there limits?
Anyone ever had any problems?

I've been with Millenium about a year and I have been real happy with them. If you can, send them a wire or Fed Ex. Everybody refunds to credit cards and they are no different. Or use a bank debit card if you have one.

Couldn't say about Rio but I just signed up with them Friday as they look real good to me.

to simply post a vague comment like that does nothing to help anyone. what exactly are these "problems" you speak of?

I have been with Millenium for about a year and am happy with them. I also use their Mastercard/debit card and have found this to be a nice convenience. Had one payout via bank wire for almost 5 figures and it arrived in two days. Apparently they rent space from Nasa in the same building. They also operate very similar to Nasa. I would recommend them.
