Noholdsbarred, mid-week has come and gone, and the Pokers have not returned. Surprise, surprise, surprise. Please be kind enough to provide us with another prediction, so we can plan our schedules accordingly.

        Reno...

I don't think NHB will be responding to your request. If I recall correctly, he was booted from the forum earlier this week for all the kind things he had to say about some of the folks here.

Good rip though. I only wish he were right. It looks like this season has seen its best days come and go.

Bette Midler, Noholdsbarred is no longer barred. After serving a brief suspension and undergoing some intense therapy with the "Shrink," he was deemed "rehabilitated."
Hopefully, the "new and improved" Noholdsbarred will now be capable of making a positive contribution to this forum.

Reno, they did play a couple of totals and got murder. It was earlier in the week on the under of a Clev. game. The game was over in the second or third inning. I don't think you will see them anymore this season. It hasn't been profitable season and they have had other problems as has been discussed in this forum.

I can't blame you for wanting to antagonize me. Unfortunately, you will not receive any responses to those posts per my agreement with Jeff. Good day, Reno.

They have been playing although sparingly. They were on the Cubs total yesterday. This is just what I have seen personally.

Reno, it's not fair to antagonize an unarmed man. Seriously, if he's been gagged you should leave him alone.

I'd like to know how they arrived at a decision to hit an UNder in a park where the 2 combatants had combined for 268 runs in their previous 16 meetings? To my chagrin, they(whoever the hell hit it) were indeed correct.

Scott, which game are you referring to?

Sportshobby, I completely agree. I think that my last couple of posts regarding Noholdsbarred have been humorous and not vicious.

Regarding the Pokers, I find it rather far-fetched that they would set up their entire network, put in two plays--as alleged by Noholdsbarred--and quit again after the two plays lost. Furthermore, my buddie told me he'd call me if they started playing again--and I never heard a word.

CHI-MIL-and it's happening again today-what's the O/U on how many times this pile of sh!t Brewer team is going to blow bases loaded, 1 out? What's that, 4 times the last 15 innings through the 6th today. They'll lose 3-2 or 4-2, book it!

I'm supported by Tincup that the pokers have played a little this week. I spoke with someone who would know so I'm not pulling your chain. Anyway, it isn't really worth an arguement to see who is right and who is wrong. Believe what you want.

Bottom line is they appear to be done for the season.

Your right the posts aren't vicious just annoying. Keep your day job if that is an attempt at humor.

Scot L., just out of curiosity, why did you like the Brewers today? Don't give up. It's still tied in the top of the 11th.

Reno, heading into this series they were 8-8 at Wrigley, outscoring the Cubs 141-127, always as the dog. They also had scored at least 6 runs in all but one of those 16 games, and averaged close to 9. I've played the Brewers and Over the last 10 times there, with great results until the 0-4 this year. This game is lost as the writing is on the wall. They can't get a guy home from 3rd(0 for 7 in series so far through 10th inning today with 0 or 1 outs. That's not all. Every great stat in this weekends games is toast. BAL breaks a 10 game home losing streak to BOS and a 20 game losing streak in Canada on consecutive days. FLA/MON Under 20 of 23 at FLA-2nd slice of toast already turning brown there in the 3rd inning. I'd like to go on, but I want my vomit to land in the toilet, not on the rug...Some days it's better to purely scalp than have an opinion, wouldn't you say, Reno?

                                Reno,

I have to correct you. The Pokers are playing and getting down all they want.

Whoopi Goldberg is their only runner and she's dumping the whole order to Patrick Swazye in "Ghost".
