Jay Cohen is a stand up guy.
Everybody else caved on this BS government "witch hunt" except him. He decided to fight it because he is right.
Instead of going after the lying touts, and scam artists, involved in sports betting. The Feds waste tax dollars picking on an honest guy who runs a clean shop.
They even have the guts to try to get more time added on the basis that he committed perjury because he says what he does is legal.
Give me a break.
What he does IS legal - in the country where his business is located.
I feel that Jay will prevail on appeal. The whole judicial system can't be this stupid. [I hope] - But, the cost to him has to be terrible [both financially and emotionally]
I don't even bet offshore. I only bet football in Vegas.
But if everyone offshore was like Jay - I would definately be there.
Anyway, Jay - I wish you well.
