your breathe of knowledge is truely appreciated and I was wondering if you know any player that has set up a netherland antilles corporation to run their gaming out of?
Netherland Antilles corps aren't taxed by the u.s. until the earnings are repatriated back into the u.s. as i understand it. They're also not taxable in the Netherland Antilles so there's no tax paid. (well maybe a small franchise fee every year)
These N.A. corps would certainly also seem to pragmatically circumvent upcoming pending legislation (H.R. 4419 and H.R.3125) as the corps are domiciled outside the U.S.....Although the player maybe located in the U.S....there would be no paper trail leading back as all banking, posting up and receiving funds would be done outside U.S. jurisdictions
Obviously these N.A. corps don't fit every players needs as many middlers require funds to be sent statside all to often to use this vehicle.....but they may appear as viable alternatives to some players as the federal government attempts to tighten it's noose around us.
Any ideas
