Received Gibralter Sports new brochure in the mail today. I have played with them for many years now ( they were known as Island Superbook up until 2 years ago) and out of all the sports books I have used, I have the most confidence in them. They are extremely professional and consistent. They offer the same promotions year after year. They do not offer all the bells and whistles that many other books use to attract attention, but their payment guarantee is great. If you do not receive your payout within 2 days ( or at least a Fedex tracking number) your payout will be doubled. I have requested many payouts and I have always received it within 2 days. I have such confidence in Gibralter that I do not think it is realistic to that anyone has ever collected on the payout guarantee. Additionally, they pick up transfer fees (as long as the amount is sufficient). Overall they make things easy for the player without any of the hassles I have experienced at other books. I feel that this book is a solid out for most people who want to wager by phone (no internet) for reasonable sums ( their limits are not real high). Their strength is a long term record of consistent and reliable service. I do not understand why this book does not get more publicity on internet websites regardless of the fact that they are not on the internet. I can only recall one person mentioning on this site that Gibralter offers a dime line for baseball. I feel that Gibralter deserves to be mentioned in the elite of off-shore books. I have posted my high regard for this book in the past on this forum and others have always backed up what I have said. I agree with their being solid and good customer service. But I'd like to see live lines somewhere on the 'net, to keep from having to call in and get a rundown. And their lines are mostly in sync with the screen books, so the bargains are not frequent.
