Regarding the EASYBETS ISSUE

Hi, guys, I'm new to this forum and read about Easybets and have me worrying now. 1st, they don't allow credit card refund for American Express rite?

2nd, well I got to admit their customer service is abit fk up but I like the site, especially the Asian Handicap and the the over and under 2.5 goals...

3rd, I haven't ask for any payment yet but may I know under what name does the check is issue under? Cos its seem that internet gambling is illegal in my region, I live in Asia. Does it really take that long(more than 3 weeks) and the check looks bogey? If i remember correctly I read of a guy complaining about the bank don't want to except the check

4th, regarding wire transfer, anyone have used it? How long does it take and is it necessary to have the swift code? I do not have the swift code for my bank but i guess i could ask for me...

Hope someone ans me...anyone betting on the argentina league(soccer) tonite?

I'm am so glad I read your post.I was supposed to pick up that check today. Will call the bank and pick it up Monday. The bank didn't want to hear anything except yes I'll pick up the check. Good site or not payment is the biggest issue in my book. they did take the check, but I live in a very small town and they see people that bank there they don't look at where the check is from, but I wager they will now.

They won't answer my email from 7-5-00, but I was alittle to straight forward (pissed).

I talked to him on the phone twice yesterday, and he seems to know a lot more than the regular phone receptionists (he's a supervisor). He helped me by sending an email to the accounts department, and they already responded to me today. I advise against receiving checks from them for now, because of the long time to receive it. Plus, I came to find out the first two checks I was to receive, never were approved in their system, whatever that may be. I got emails saying that checks were coming, way back when, but their accounts system botched it. I am going to see if I can get it put back into my account, then I will ask for a bank wire. It takes 3-4 days and there is no "waiting for paper". I hope this helps you. Diarmuid told me he works today and tomorrow, by the way.

Is it necessary to have the swift code to wire transfer?

I will not post any more negative posts on EB till after the race tomorrow. They promised to call me before that transpired and settle this matter once and for all.
