No, the chain firms in England are worse, they have the taxes, and they still increase their markets - pretty amazing given competition, although that is moving obviously

Some other European places have government monopolies so they do what they like (Veikkaus etc.) imagine the DC Sportsbook - 45 million phone accounts

Having a look at the average from 25 bookies or so from betagent, their home price is above average, draw price is below and away price is below, so pretty average all around.
