    Reality,

From the stories I've heard about you, I couldn't pick up the check or leave the tip if I wanted too.

Unless of course you're waving from outside the window..

i am sticking to my guns....there is more to this story, books don't want shoppers, the book knowingly took this large wager knowing they could'nt lose because if it lost they won and if it won they void the bet. if a client asked me for a settlement it is a sign of weakness and makes my stand stronger. how do i know? experience. i could be dead wrong but i don't think so. there are 3 sides to every story..especially this one.

Last December, Sports Market opened the Las Vegas Bowl (Utah-Fresno St) total at 73. They were the first book on Don Best to put up a total. At that time, LVSC’s total was around 50 but it was off the board at Nevada books. The Under got pounded immediately. I bet it twice myself. Later that day other books opened up in the mid-high 50’s. On game day the total closed around 50-51. Needless to say, Sports Market honored all bets….just like Olympic honored the bets on a college hoop total that was mentioned earlier. Should mlbfan’s book get away with non payment because they have an incompetent BM? I don’t think so.

Shiek...we can cross them 2 of the book in question list. what will solve this problem is the rules of the book. without that we have an alleged victim with no suspect or weapon.fyi...i hope you all are'nt waiting for the honor and loyalty bs...most of that went out with the goodfellas. good luck tonight.

              RONBETS,

Finally someone thinking like me. I have a large nose and usually when I smell rat it is rat.

I tend to side with the player in most disputes but, I smell rat.

                The Devil....

I am with you all the way, the facts certaintly don't all add up here. I find it very unbelievable that posting the tickets in question would reveal the book.

I can't see 1 book out there that offers something overnight that noone else offers during the day...

We have NHL and Boxing, I think the de la hoya fight is in this mix.... That line was roughly -170....

We hear this book has a great image, well if this is the case then they are long standing...

I also think this is some kind of hold up, ransom, kidnapping kind of a gig....

Excuse me officer, I invested into these games and was stiffed of $20k....

Officer can you tell us who the offender is

Player.... No sir, I might not get paid, I may tarnish their image...

Officer Well there is nothing we can do for you. If it was my 20k I would tell us who it is so we can help you.....

Player... Ummm uhh theres more to it than what I am telling you.....

This is what I think is going on, it smells, reeks, and doesnt come close to making any sense.....

If these are true facts, I don't look for any settlement period, I want my money. This player wants part of his money, and is ubtracting stuff from 6 mos ago.....

Nope, never in a day, if the book screwed itself then they pay, not settle....

Pardon me I need some mouthwash, i got a bad taste in my mouth on this.

I don't take strong stances often, but this one is worth it, and if proven wrong, I will be the first to say I am sorry....

The jury is still out but now there is some reasonable doubt. Think we'll ever get all the evidence.

This guy is flat out using BETTORSWORLD'S respect, clout and high visibility to pressure his "highly reputable" sportsbook he claims is stiffing him into paying him. One big problem with this guy----He's holding our posts as a hammer to the books head, yet he refuses to tell us who this "reputable book" is that is not paying him. It very well could be a sportsbook in SERIOUS financial trouble, and members of this forum could be posting up funds with them as we speak!!! This really bothers me.

As far as I'm concerned mlbfan-------I'm no fan of yours, and frankly I'm smelling a rat with you too. People who deserve help from this forum should come clean with all the pertinent facts when they post here looking for help.

Now----go tell your reputable sportsbook to to read THIS message from Dot Mix. My opinion of you is about as low as any person I've seen post here in years. I'm sure there is a lot more to this story than you're volunteering, and I hope your book is not one of the two new books I sent funds to on Friday!!!

cashmere beanies in team colors might be very popular with the females after a higher quality beanie......

                            DEVIL--Thanks for support.

Now ----it just so happens that I once had a financial intrest in a now defunct casmere novelty business. We made cashmere covered beer can openers and cashmere covered brass knuckles (novelty item of course). We also had a "line" of rubberband wind up balsam model airplanes.

I have a **** load of scrap casmere and thousands of plastic propellers in my basement. I can design and make the casmere beanies for BETTORSWORLD.. I'll even have them monogramed with each persons screen name so we will easily know who each other is by wearing our beanies to any BETTORSWORLD conventions or meetings. I'll give you a great deal jEFF if you order enough!

OOPS ......gotta run...some guy on the phone from MONEY MAGAZINE!!

                                AV2 et al

I'm putting the prices together as we speak.

I think the casmere beanie will start at about $199. At first I thought maybe a little steep, but when I heard about $43 lobster rolls and $45 parking fees that price now sounds very reasonalble.

We will have some additional costs for customizing. Black plastic propellers will be standard, but for an extra price we can install silver or gold propellers (price depends on metal market). Custom dyeing will cost extra to get your favorite team colors, and an important option will be "scotch-gard" to protect your beanies while chonking on those lobster rolls, sucking up linguine and clam sauce, and to protect your beanie from the nut next to you from pouring champagne on your head when he celebrates the football winner you gave him as the clock ticks down!!

Don't worry. We'll have all the cashmere beanie bases covered......Dot
