I called your customer service yesterday asking about the status of your software. I was informed that it has been modified and everything is working well. I doubled my deposit from my previous one (thanks for the 10% reload deposit) hoping for the better.
I started wagering parlay and as usual I'm getting error messages. It really started to bother me since I was in a hurry to do it yesterday and didn't have time to call in. I tried it again today and same results occured. Can anyone fix this problem? Are you guys aware of the situation? Or it just as simple as nobody cares. Please pardon me for being upset but I am just keep on repeating this. If you guys want to be that competitive you just have to cover all angles. Thank you.
