That's like these Off-shore Books advertising "YOU PLAY and.. WE PAY....."
What other reason did they open their book for? They make it sound like nobody else PAYS.
The slogan makes it sound like there are tons of Off-shore books that DON'T PAY and THAT'S BULL! It gives the off-shore a BLACK EYE. That they are good and nobody else is....
Through advertising this book is saying that all the other Off-shore books are STIFFS. It's a low blow to all the other books.

It's the "I'm the ONLY GOOD ONE THERE IS CLAIM". And nobody can stop them from saying it. I think its all garbage.
