When will this new software be implemented? So this time we should be expecting for at least less "down" time. And one more thing, do you offer bonuses for "reload".

Samantha - sorry I wasn't able to reply immediately, just got busy. We are all aware that shops have different reload terms and condition. Post Time for example has it every Thursday bonus, some has it everyday as long as your last transaction was not a withdrawal. Dunes you said is also offering reload bonuses on some occasions. What is that occasion, may I ask?
