Isn't it amazing that how people can easily forget what happened when SIA "disappeared" for a while about 18 months ago?
And isn't it amazing how 5 dimes had handled this "incident"?
Comon, people!
Like Jeff said, 5dimes's office is at the same floor with the other Unified books, so why would "some of them" have "problems" while others doing business everyday, and
NORMALLY!
What kind of "problem" is that!
So each of them is using a different server and lightning just striked 5 dimes and a few others?
Even if that was the "truth", what kind of "shipping company" they are using and what kind of techincal personnels they are having to solve this "problem"?
Or should I say, how much more time they want to buy?
How can you not at least give some feedbacks to your customers?
Hey, there is absolutely no excuse for that.
Bookybashrr,
even "IF" your system/server is down, you can always go to the other desk in that office to log on here.
