does anyone know what books post their NFL and NCAA FB lines earliest in the week? ...or any sportsbook offering less than 110/100???...thanks

Carib below has -102 juice on Tuesdays, when they post their NFL lines.

1 Bet (Majestic) offers -108 juice. Majestic had problems but now is in the same office as CRIS and I believe they are safe now.

Almost all outlets these days that would charge less than -110 I would be skeptical of. (see any Action sports thread) A lot of places these days are really hurting financially and that sometimes is a last gasp at staying open.

Last season Aces Gold had a no juice special on NFL games for bets placed on Friday night. They also have an excellent reputation for prompt payouts.

Johnny, football--because of the incredible square action it attracts--is an exception. I believe that reputable and solid books like Sport Market/Aces Gold and Caribi can offer football juice specials and still make a ton of money.
