    Fran...

Did you attempt to contact Island regarding this matter? If so, who did you speak with and what was their response?

i called them and they gave me the run around then told me since i closed my accounts yesterday they no longer have to speak to me. they insist all casinos practice this procedure meanwhile spoke to 7 online casinos they told me no such practice once dealer has bj and you refuse insurance game over no additional bets allowed. also their old software never did this. go figure

Must be a few quirks in the "upgraded" version of the UG software. This doesn't sound right. Of the 7 casinos you spoke with, do any run the Unified Gaming version of the blackjack game? Island's version should be identical to the others, which means if this happened to you, it may also be happening to others.

Perhaps Chester from Island could come in here to help sort the matter out, unless he leaves casino game matters to another manager, to whom he should refer you. Regardless, it would seem that you are entitled to a better explanation than the one that you state was given. Best of luck!

            Fran101,
I responded to the first one and now I am responding to the second one. I asked you to call and you did not. I refuse to try and sort this out in a public posting forum. If you would like to make things better feel free to call, otherwise I can not help you.

Chester, I can think of quite a few reasons that you would not want to handle this in public forum. But now that it's been brought up, we'll all just have to wonder what happened.

For the sake of IslandCasino's reputation, as well as our curiosity, it would be a good idea to at least come back and report on the resolution after it's done.

                  You go Francine !!

And while your at it Chester, please elaborate on the logistics of the single deck deal for black jack. How often are the cards shuffled? Are individual players seeing every card dealt? or will you claim that there are other on-line players at my table who are receiving cards I can't see. Francine has a simple question about the logistics of play and so do I. What possible reason could you have for not wanting to elaborate on gameplay in a public forum? These questions go out to all Unified Gaming operators. Somebody please step up. even better yet, how about the Unified gaming Rep who came in this forum last week to address an unrelated situation in sports books.

HI FOR ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED INCLUDING CHESTER OR ANYONE ELSE FROM ISLAND CASINO
SOMEONE INFORMED OF A SITE CALLED WWW.WIZARDOFODDS.COM THAT EXPLAINS ALL RULES FOR ALL SOFTWARES INCLUDING ISLAND CASINOS UNIFIED GAMING BLACKJACK IT STATES ONLY ORIGINAL BET IS LOST WHEN ACE IS SHOWING AND ALL UNIFIED GAMING SITES IN THE US APPLY THIS RULE. SO AS FAR AS I CONCERNED ISLAND CASINO IS A CHEAT I AM NOT A SMALL TIME BLACKJACK PLAYER SO THE AMOUNT WAS SIZEABLE.

Chester is the BM at those stores and by his answers to both the credit card processing and now blackjack, he knows absolutely nothing about the rest of their business.

He has been trying to defend his company but they should send in a more qualified person to discuss their complaints. Besides, Bettorsworld is not their customer service department.

No disrespect Chester but stick with bookmaking and leave the customer service to that department, either by the 800 number or e-mail.

I must apologize I didn't realize that I had gone to heaven and you were GOD.
I must say that I think that you are the one that knows absolutely nothing about "OUR" business and maybe you are the one that is underqualified reason being that you have done a fine job were you belong in this matter on the sidelines...
SoCal, and anyone else that might be interested in seeing the real truth about our card games and some of the other's that consider themselves to be a leader in this industry might check out this url>www.islandcasino.com/casinoplayer.html
Anyone with questions and or complaints after checking out this site please feel free to contact me or for bsky2 maybe someone more qualified to answer their questions that may come into play from the sidelines of course.
Fran101, as you can see I am now in the office I can be reached by calling any number that you may have for us simply ask for me by name and you can tell them I am at extension 229.
I must leave this forum on a positive note. I express my sincerest appreciation for all of those hard working people out there that can and do take time out of their busy day to read and or express their sincere beliefs and or opinions in this public forum. Thank you very much and have a nice day. Once again I appreciate your time and courteousy in this matter.
