I emailed DAS (hoping to get someone else besides Tony) the details about our decision to ask for referral bonuses or we would post the issues on the BW posting forum. Tony sent me an email apologizing for our unhappiness and is cancelling and sending back the $ for the new accounts. He states, "we are a well established book that always pays and treats its clients fairly, bottom line!" In the next paragraph, he offered to cancel my acccount and AD's.
