    Cons,

I played there last baseball season.
Never had a problem collecting. Sometimes
the payouts would take over 5 days to
arrive, that's the only reason I left.
    Customer service was ok.

Cons, have used them a little, now out of cash there though, unlikely to put more in I think - given all the entertaining shenanigans that seem to be happening around the McBooks

They did pay me once when I asked for a small amount, was reasonable speed seeing coming here........

        Cons,

Yea, I had a problem with them and because of it I would recommend staying away. At least, they will NEVER see any of my money again.

Last year before FB season they had information about a FB contest posted on their site. it was going to be "bigger then the Hilton's contest", so they advertised.

I sent them my dime (entry fee) WU, called them with my control number and was informed that I would shortly be receiving an email with all the rules, etc. I STILL haven't received that email to this day.

What DID happen was; nobody at their office knew anything about it, nothing. Emailing them from their contest page got no response. All I ever heard was that I was going to receive an email about it very shortly. They wouldn't even put the funds in my account that I was told I had to open. I had no email reflecting that I had sent the money, I had no money in my account and nobody knew anything about the contest, except Patrick.

To make a LONG story short, the contest was cancelled (was there any intention of ever having one?) and after about 1 month of phone calls and dozens of email sent, I finally got my money returned. One month!

So, I have the impression imprinted in my brain, that they have terrible customer service, terrible phone operators, and don't care about "MY" money. I got the impression that they felt like I can wait, it's only $1000.

That was my experience with them. Take it for what it's worth.

Thanks for the info guys. I have seen numerous lines there that defy logic. They must be taking hits on a regular basis, because I would have hammered some of those lines to the limit.

Patrick and Starnet in general do not have a good reputation, and the last affair with Sportsfanatic was like driving the nails into the coffin. Thanks for the personal experiences because that is what matters most. Reputation is key to this industry, and unfortunately some books just never learn...
