Jeff, your point is well taken. If the part about not paying off on winnings was removed from that stated policy things would look different. Many of us would still not like them but they could have an edge on many places in terms of being up front. As you say, if a place doesn't want sharp action it is THEIR prerogative. We don't have to bet there either.

But the way things read now, they don't have a leg to stand on.
