A few BM's got busted in St. Louis and the feds noticed that they all had the Don Best feed. It was brought up to the Grand Jury, and to my knowledge the Feds are not trying to bring charges against Don Best. If they do, they would have to indict every newspaper that publishs odds or betting information.
