I was informed today that my account with Olympic Sports has been temporarily suspended do to a mix up with a credit card transaction dated back from Feb. 20. I have constantly been calling Olympic and trying to speak with a supervisor, and all I am getting is shes very busy can you call back in an hour, or just been hung up on. I thought all customers should be treated equally no matter the size of the player.
As of now I have no contacts over there, please someone give me a person to contact so I can resolve this problem asap.
