Why are all the Action Sports threads closed?

The archives have just begun. It takes a while to go through and pick out threads worth archiving, so we've started with some obvious ones.

Why not leave it up so others know not to sign up with them. Hiding it will just cost unsuspecting people money.

Somebody must still be pulling some strings to get this buried. I pity the unsuspecting player that signs up with this fraudulent sports book and gets stiffed.

Mack, there a lot of bad sportsbooks ripping people off - just see the "clink". I agree that we can't keep on seeing 6-8 posts on Action Sports always at the top.

Mack, I really appreciate what you've been doing, but like a crime victim, I need to have "closure" on this, and have turned the matter over to people that I hope will get the job done.

When I have something new to report, I'll let you and everyone else on the site know what's transpired. Other than that, even I'm getting tired of seeing those posts again and again.

Thanks though. For right now we'll have to content ourselves with the knowledge that "what goes around, comes around" and that Action Sports will get what's coming to them.

$11,600.00 and I am trying to collect, they told me they weren't going pay and that the end. Any help would be much appreciated...

I know you've heard this enough already from us, but we sincerely hope that you (and Thor and anyone else being cheated by this outfit) get every penny that is owed you. Please keep us informed if anything changes, or if you have any information that might prevent others from being robbed like this.

I have no idea whether there are grounds for optimism or not. I remember a post not too long ago from you saying that you were sure that you would get your money from them eventually. In this thread, Jeff says flat out that you'll never be paid. Your own most recent post seems to be somewhere in the middle. ("Middle"--no pun intended. Just noticed that as I was proofreading this.) In any case, you know we're rooting for you.
