Bust-Doesn't help Vegas

Here's a brief article from the Las Vegas Sun on the bust the other day.

Whatever the case and results of it may be, this certainly doesn't help Vegas as far as the future of legal sportsbetting in Nevada.

Has the Sierra Club put runners (messenger bettors)on the endangered species list yet?

I know that deals were made with certain sportsbooks, but I'm not saying anything more on the subject.

Can anyone in scumtown (LV) verify if the runners are still out running or are the crews are out of business?

maybe steve winnie the pooh called in the g. The ceo's of those joints would like nothing better than to see LV sports betting go the way of the dinosaur. They are scared of their own ignorance, tired of the stealing from the inside and annoyed with the ridiculously low margins and big swings compared to slots, bj et al.

Cashusking, you should be celebrating the Vegas Bust with a double order of those sub sandwiches you raved about. As I recall, you do NOT like messenger bettors (runners). I hope that you can finally get the decent numbers that you claimed the betting syndicates were stealing from you, the poor,unempowered solitary player. Also, why not give Steve Desharme of the Nevada Gaming Control Board a call. He would probably be happy to know that at least one regular Vegas bettor is ecstatic about the demise of the the big, bad betting cartel. And please, do not go too heavy with the mustard on the subs. That could cause as much heartburn as the runners stealing your numbers.
