I use books, and I can see plenty of discrepencies between the baseball lines Sportingbet uses and those of the other three. Sportingbet is great, plain and simple.

I went out and tried a few dozen online books last fall, mostly experimenting. For baseball, I skinnied down to a smaller set. Sportingbet is still one of them. Good overall service.

AV, although they do not have overnight lines, they don't post in the morning at around the same time as the Caribbean-based books. They certainly post before William Hill, which is routinely delinquent on their American sports prices, especially for regular-season hockey. William Hill rarely skews their lines, but you may find value in an occasional dog, or if you like to live dangerously on the run line. Personally, between using Intertops, Premiere League, and Sporting Bet, I have already shaved a nice amount off my vig.

Of course, you seem to be looking at other sports, AV, so what you say about their lines in that respect may be true. I can only vouch for their baseball prices.

On a side note, if one typically wagers over the phone (unlike myself, who uses their very classy automated interface), they will certainly love to deal with Sporting Bet's customer service, which has always proved pleasant and crisp.

In conclusion, they are good.
