Boomer was Right with the High Road

While boomer was taking the high road with Action Sports, I took the LOW
ROAD, not saying anything just quietly hoping to get paid, which I did
get some of the monies owed, but today I was informed that of the
remaining 11,600.00 owed me, they are not going to pay because I they
say I owe them.
Two weeks ago today I closed the account and that pissed RaY\Jimmy off,
he said it would be two weeks before I got the remaining balance. Called
back today, end of the two weeks, and spoke with DAVE\cust service mgr.
Dave informed that they would like to make a deal on the remaing maoney,
$11.600.00, they would like to pay me off with $5,600.00. I said no. He
indicated that the matter would drag on, so I proposed $8,000.00. I just
wanted the money and be done with it at this point, Dave told me to call
back at 5 P.m., when I returned the call at 5, DAve informed that sorry
the account was closed and they owe nothing to me more over they say I
owe them 20,000. 00 but they have no desire to collect it and all
matters are finished then hung up.
Well this snote is to let you know that Boomer was right for blasting
them right away
and I was wrong. I promise if htis sort of thing ever happens again I
will speak up right then!

Come on buddy!! Something is not right here. They owe you money and you agreed to settle to a lower figure? What the hell is going on out there? Could you please explain this better? Let's see some specifics. Was there a difference in the figure or what?

The reason I proposed for less than what was owed was to simpky get this matter over with,
I was tired of dragging it out, thought that maybe by taking less, they would do it to be done with it as well. They say I owe them from checks they say they paidme, but I never received or cashed and they can offer
no proof of the checks(i.e. check #'s, copies of cancelled checks,or anything like that.
I had been with this book for 8 months and never had any problems with them until mid Feb. Since that time I have had great difficulty collecting money, always getting the tun around.
In my opinion.....
They JUST DON"T HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY!!!
