Have played with them for almost 2 yrs., gotten payouts etc. no problem. However, I feel like I have to share what happenned today with everyone here. Called in the afternoon to get money transferred into their debit card....since I wasn't planning on playing during bases there anyway (20c line) Anyway after waiting in line for 15 mins. or so, a guy gets on the phone and after hearing my complaint regarding the wait tells me they're having computer problems etc. I tell him that I was going to request a payout but I'm not happy with the service, so I'm just going to close the account. He then informs me that I have to call back tomorrow between 9-12 EST to have someone take care of the actual sending of the funds. Please understand that this is a very small amount and I have no doubt I'll get it. Anyway, I ask them whether that is the only time I can call, being very early on the West Coast. He says he doesn't know but that he has to "get off the phone now because they're very busy" So I say " a customer is calling you to close an account and you say you have to get off the phone?" His comeback was even better. This rep of ABC actually said, I have people calling in to send in money now and I can't spend time to talk to someone who is closing their account. He gave me his name and I will gladly provide it if the administrators here allow it. If this is not **** customer service I don't know what is. 1000 ways to deposit money but when it comes time to get it out especially if you're unhappy....call back tomorrow early....and can't talk to you now. Really classy ABC!

I don't know why either. A lot of times it's just individual employees. Sometimes it's just the general attitude that filters down from above. The whole "customer is always right" thing is non-existent in a lot of books. The thing that gets me is that I'm not a high maintenance account. I don't call 4 times a day for lines and I'm very concientious about not getting inordinate amount of payouts etc. In fact in the 2 yrs I've been with ABC I've probably deposited 3 times and taken 2 payouts. Bottom line, when you have one or more individuals who deal with the public in the manner that I was dealt with today....you as the sportsbook is sending the message that once its clear that you've decided to leave or to close your account we no longer have to treat you with courtesy and respect. We can treat you like crap and show you our true colors because hey, you're leaving anyway. Like I said before NO CLASS ABC.

Now granted I've used ABC before and had no problem but i think their response to this post makes no sense to me whatsoever. The above as far as I read has to do with your poor CS and absolutely nothing to do with the software being updated. Thanks for the response but next time try reading the rant.
Looks like a damn paste and cut to me.

Personally I would have posted the rude clerk's name (first name only) here so his supervisors would get the message.
I have run into a few rude clerks at otherwise great books (Olympic comes immediately to mind), so I would not condemn ABC Islands too much for one incident especially given the problems I face tyring to move one family ...
I posted up last fall with ABC Islands but closed my account because their online system was excrutiatingly slooooooooowwww ...
I just tried their new site and it seemed much much much better ...
