What happened to the Jeff Allen thread?

I live in Vegas and I would like to know what happened. If something did happen then it would be public knowledge which would in turn justify it being written about here.

Also, I have no idea who Jeff Allen is but when I see something about a 1084 violation in Vegas it raises a red flag for obvious reasons: I live there.
