Just closed shop with one of my outs that went to 20cent line in baseball and signed up with Skybook. It was my best experience ever when dealing with an offshore book. Rebeka in customer service is just outstanding! She makes the whole process simple and very smooth. Skybook has an outstanding customer service department. And Skybook keeps these fine employees happy because they treat them right. In fact, one of the gals who works in customer service, Jenny, went out to dinner with Lance and me one night. And I can tell you that she is sweet,intelligent, thoughtful,and curious. She regularly reads Bettorsworld, and asked me very insightful questions. Anne Marie and the aforementioned Rebecca are also great to deal with.

Even when I first started playing with Skybook and didn't know much about them, I was impressed by the professionalism of their customer service dept.
