Looks like The Starnet Books fill the bill. They had Dime Lines on the Cubs-Mets so I assume that will be their policy, and they have halftime baskets.

As solid as they come. Some licensees, like skybook, players only, sportfanatik have been around for a while. But even the newer ones are rock solid, and it seems the only payment complaints they get are from those with agendas like Nutzio and his ilk.
