  • Customs and Olympic

I received FedEx from Olympic and noticed a big sticker on it saying 'Customs Cleared'. Underneath it says, 'If customs assesses duties and taxes, you will be billed later'. I received FedEx from them a month ago also with the sticker on it.I never noticed this sticker on the other FedEx's received from other sportsbooks. What does this mean? Do they keep a tab on the amounts each time? What is the $limit for US citizens to bring into US duty-free? Any suggestions? Thanks for any replies.

Not to worry..the good folks at U.S. Customs just want to make sure you're not importing goods that they can make you pay duties on, or God-forbid, importing drugs!! BTW, I bought some stuff overseas and received bills from the shipper for customs. Those invoices remain unpaid.
