AV2, AYCE, Alec, Shawn, and other punters,

Guys, I have to tell you that I was misinformed regarding our posting of Russian, Polish, and Czech lines. For this I apologize. The fact is, as you already pointed out, with many (Former)Eastern Block countries the soccer teams and the political parties go hand in hand. Due to this fact, our bookmaker has decided against posting lines for any leagues in which the integrity of the game might be compromised. Again, I hope that you can accept my apology and understand where we are coming from.

On a lighter note, betmaker.net will, by April 1st, have 37 different soccer leagues on our schedule as well as all major international cups and friendlies. We are striving to continue to be a leader in this industry and to constantly better our service. If you would like to talk to me personally, please feel free to call me at 888-238-2238 (888-bet2bet). Thanks a lot, everyone.

OK, but you're supposed to say "Eastern Europe" or "Former Eastern Block".

And, like AV2 said, corruption is not a good excuse if you offer Italy and South America

Will "37 different soccer leagues" include the Finnish league?

yeah, a lot of South American games would make Russian ones look positively Cartesian to their corkscrew

seems to me though, in the Eastern Europe things, no different to Manchester United winning all the time, or AC Milan, or Barcelona, etc., etc..... actually a bit more even in Russia, more than one of the Moscow teams can win

                Alec,

Thanks for the line - interesting that it was that short - CSKA have declined is the opinion then, or derbyish game always going to get that price? Sure it wouldn't have been that good last year. Or was it due to the bizarre situation surrounding it?

the odd English game has been arranged it would seem too, even 3-1 correct scores or whatever

                  Actually, Jake

I have seen Intertops last couple of weeks and Wienwest offer the Czech league, so maybe they aren't so worried about that one, given that Intertoops does Uruguay and Chile etc., probably not, not at their market level anyway

                    Alec,

Thanks for the tip - I will compare the next lot and see if any major differences....

but yeah, Worldbet had Russian soccer up, did not see a lot too interesting though
looked fairly right by my numbers

For the first week, I found odds in,

Betmaker, SSP, Worldbet, Tipsport, and couple Eastern Euros.

                        forget to check Interwetten though.

Usually, the books above will book any match playing around the world,

                        for example, the Carlsberg Cup...
