Skybook/stay away from Sterling. By far the most unreasonable book I have ever seen. They will do everything from gyping you on the dominican exchange to changeing the lines when you pick a side. You better have a hard copy of every bet you make with them because you may have to prove it with them the next day. Absolutely miserable ticket writers to work with. If this was the only sportsbook in the world I would still say stay away.

PHIL-i layoff only in baseball-and in that sense i truly dont have the 11-10 advantage,like i do in other sports-year in and year out i lose in baseball-and my shop isnt all that big about 200 or so....and thats why i layoff-where do the offshore places layoff at?

I can only speak for Skybook I guess. We never lay off. We can have a game with no decision and a game with a 100k decision on the same board. Most big books do not lay off ever. They have enough business and enough talent running the lines where they do not need to.

It is nice to here someone be honest. Trust me its not only small books that lose during baseball, its big ones as well. I know many big books that cant stand baseball. We at Skybook love baseball. We feel we know enough about it to win consistently and we do.

Lance,i am shocked with Bucky's post. Dan at Sterling may be a few things but one thing he is not is a dead beat.i have played with Dan and Sterling for years and never had problems. i have recvd bunches of money from him and he from me. He is "old school" not like marketing people who "wanna be" bookmakers...ask Brian or Jeff...Good luck to you....is Stevie k around?

To be honest with you I am not sure yet what I am going to take. I was hoping to get some feed back from this post and sort it out. I think from the syndicates I will guarantee 7 dimes. If its not I am really liberal. I will take anything to be honest with you.
